Stress is the main cause for the decline of our immune system. Behind every disease lies a stressful life habit. Behind every mental illness an inability to manage stress is revealed. During our lifetime, we will all experience mild symptoms of anxiety disorders. However, few of us will prevent psychosomatic effects before it is too late.

The Autogenic Training technique teaches us to relax and control ourselves all the harmful effects of our psychosomatic symptoms. In the long run, it has been shown to interfere with the auto-immune nervous system by activating our immune capacity.

As we practice it, we learn to function our body with the lowest possible energy consumption. Thus, we quickly recognize tension and learn to restore our physical balance during situations of anger, panic, fear, pain, and self-exposure.
