The technology age has made it easier for us to connect despite geographical barriers. Having the ability to talk to a therapist online can be of paramount importance to our mental health. Being able to speak our own language makes our expression easier and can contribute to a feeling of being truly heard, without the worry of our words getting lost in translation.

• during a pandemic or quarantine, or to prevent infectious diseases (Covid-19)
• in cases of emergency for immediate support (earthquakes, floods, terrorist attacks, etc.)

Therapy sessions are conducted via Skype or Viber. When possible, an in-person session is suggested before starting online psychotherapy.
Online sessions are an option for those already in therapy, in cases such as:
• immigration or relocation, whereby in-person sessions must be interrupted
• inability to attend sessions in person due to injury or serious illness
• during a pandemic or quarantine, or to prevent infectious diseases (Covid-19)
Therapy sessions are conducted via Skype or Viber. Necessary prerequisites are a private and quiet room during sessions. In regards to confidentiality, the same rules for in-person sessions apply. Breach of confidentiality only occurs if the patient or a third party is in danger.
