Online Therapy

The technological age has revolutionized our ability to connect across geographical boundaries. Accessing online therapy is particularly vital for our mental health, providing a convenient and effective way to receive support. Speaking in our native language during therapy sessions enhances our ability to express ourselves clearly, ensuring that we feel truly understood without the risk of miscommunication. This is especially beneficial for Greeks living abroad, as online therapy offers a solution that was not available a few years ago. Adhering to the same principles of trust and confidentiality as traditional face-to-face therapy, online sessions can deliver comparable outcomes, allowing individuals to embark on a unique therapeutic journey from the comfort of their own homes outside Greece.
