What is relaxation in our body, what is calm in our thinking, what is peace in our emotional world?

Can we maintain our physical balance in situations of anger, panic, fear, pain or intense emotion, presentations, exposure of ourselves?

Can we calm our obsessive thoughts or our negative moods by finding security in our body? How?

All too often, the Mind dominates the Mind-Body-Emotion Triptych with its dizzying speed. Thus, in the long run, our Body is burdened and our Emotion is blocked. Psychosomatic symptoms soon follow (palpitations, tremors, sweating, increased blood pressure, arrhythmia, obsessive thoughts, depression, etc.). How can we have a therapeutic effect upon them on our own?

The Autogenic Training technique is a unique technique that trains us in the ability to relax and control all the harmful effects of our psychosomatic symptoms by ourselves. As long as we apply it, it becomes a way of life, which teaches us to use our Body with the lowest consumption -at least- of neuromuscular energy. In the long run, it has been shown to interfere with the autonomic nervous system by activating our immune capacity.

Structure of the seminar:
• Training in the Mind-Body-Emotion Triptych
• Alignment, balance and breathing exercises
• Measurement of stress in the body with a special questionnaire
• Training in the Autogenic Training technique (J.H. Schultz technique) with practical exercises and theory
• Total relaxation (following the instructions of special exercises)
