In the life of a company or a professional team, difficulties may arise that hinder its development, making it difficult to achieve goals. Intercompany changes, mergers, acquisitions, staff loss management, corporate identity renewal, conflict management, these are just some of the difficulties that call for immediate and effective management. The psychological approach of company members or of a professional team in crisis, helps to identify difficulties and redefine goals through member self-confidence and team confidence.
The start of such a program requires an initial meeting with management or staff management, during which we locate both difficulties and needs. A first cycle of group management, indicatively, consists of 11 meetings of 60 minutes each. At the end of the first cycle, we decide together whether we are at a satisfactory stage, or we decide upon a second cycle, redefining our goals.
