Evy Syrou proposed a new model of education that is based on emotional intelligence training through virtual reality means. The aim of this training aims at reforming the meaning of globalization. It turns the present financial globalization (which has failed) to a culturally relative world where security is enhanced by the sense of future and potentiality in life. In the Era of Synthesis, the awareness of the self and the awareness of the globe becomes the most powerful weapon towards the fear of terrorism, cyber war and war generally and nations work extensively through multinational organisations to the expansion of cultural relativism.
